This is the Gray House in Nashville, Tennessee. Not gray as in color (hello, it’s yellow!), but Gray as in belonged to Frank and Mattie Gray. Frank owned Gray’s clothing store on what’s now known as 4th street in Nashville. Built in 1880, it’s a part of the Rutledge Hill Historic District. The home is two stories with the main story being a half flight up from street level above a full lower story. It’s an eclectic victorian. It was painted for the first time in 1976. The Gray House is now home to the national headquarters of the Chi Psi Fraternity.
