Another East Nashville Eastlake for you on this Monday! This one is a part of the Edgefield Historic District. Fun fact! In the early 1800s, the wealthy were retreating to the Edgefield area to build their large homes. It was rural and dotted with large estates and mansions. In 1869 Edgefield became a city, but 11 years later it became a part of the city of Nashville. This area is a treasure trove of beautiful old homes!
