Carriage Lane Inn, Murfreesboro

The Carriage Lane Inn and Reception Hall, or more historically known, the Miller-Overall House was built in 1885 by Ira D. Miller and is located on land sold by the Maney family after the Civil War. He sold the home to John M. Overall in 1892. Overall operated a grocery store in the 1880s and was the mayor of Murfreesboro from 1884-1885. This beautiful home is part of a group of homes restored in the Maney Avenue area and are used for weddings and special events.
