Do you ever just *know* a house is old? I mean, besides the obvious things like plaques out front and years of wear. This is one of those homes. Before I got anywhere near, it just had that look. Skinny. Tall windows. Pointy gables. And of course, the coveted wavy glass. I adore this house in Franklin. The Sims-Trabue-Austin House was built in 1818. It has been added onto over the years, but the original details have been carefully preserved.
