This English cottage in Bowling Green is the John Dillingham Dodson home. It was one of the first homes built on Covington Street in 1933. James Maurice Ingram designed this along with several homes that are on the National Register in Bowling Green.
The man that the home was built for is well-known in the scientific arena as one of the creators of the Yerkes-Dodson Law along with Robert M. Yerkes. The law says that your level of performance is based on your level of stress. He seems to have been somewhat of a genius.
This home shares a street with several other beautiful tudors. If you are ever in Bowling Green, be sure to drive through Covington Street!
