This cute little bungalow is in historic Mt Pleasant, Tennessee. It’s known as The Mefford House and was built in 1915. It was home to J. T. Mefford who was an accountant at a local lumber company.
One thing that really stands out to me about this house is the 30-pane windows. WHAT. THIRTY.
