The Judge Emmet Field House is located in the Crescent Hill Neighborhood of Louisville. It was built in 1878 and though it got its name from its well-known resident (Field), it was originally built for Jonathan C. Wright who sold the home to Field in 1890. It’s an Italianate with a beautiful wrap around Eastlake porch. It’s located on a portion of what was once the Fairgrounds that operated for two decades in this neighborhood.
