I don’t think that I’ll ever get over all the beautiful Greek Revivals in New Orleans. It doesn’t matter how many times I see them, I have to pick my jaw up on the floor every. single. time.
This house was built in 1865. It recently sold for $1,830,000 in 2020. The real estate listing said – “Elegant formal rooms with 13′ ceilings, plaster moldings & medallions, marble mantle pieces, cast iron railings, graceful staircase in grand foyer with historic Zuber wallpaper.” I grabbed this staircase picture from the real estate listing so you could see it. Amazing.
