A popular picture spot in Savannah are the blooming steps that leads to the front door of Magnolia Hall on Whitaker Street. This beautiful home overlooks Forsyth Park and was built in 1878 for Jacob Guerard Heyward. He was the great-grandson of Thomas Heyward Jr, who was a signer of the Declaration of Indepenence.
