A gorgeous painted lady in Augusta, Geogria. This home was built in 1896 for John Allen Fleming. It still an has elevator inside from 1902. It was converted into apartments at some point.
In 2013, it was given a $250k grant from the Georgia Cities Foundation for rehabilitation and it’s been lovingly restored.
