The John P. Donnelly House, in Mt Dora, Florida, was built in 1893. It’s an incredible Queen Anne, but it could also be called the nook and cranny queen, because just LOOK at all those nooks and crannies!
Donnelly was the founder of the local yacht club and served as the city’s first mayor in 1910. The house is a George F. Barber design coming from his design book “The Cottage Souvenir No. 2”.
