Take a look at William B. Jordan Farm, now known as Cedar Hall Farm in Eagleville, TN! In 1847, William Jordan aquired 375 acres of land and began to build this home for his family. It was construced by the slaves on the Jordan farm and took around 3 years to complete. The lumber for the structure and stones for the foundation and chimneys were gathered from around the farm. It has several outbuildings on the property including this chicken house that was added in 1940. It has changed hands over the years, but still retains much of its original character!
