The Gibson-Henson House was built right around the turn of the century in 1901. Though built by Johnnie Knight, the Gibson family is most associated with the home. The Gibson family lived here for seventy years. It was unoccupied for a decade after the Gibsons and it fell into disrepair. It was restored in 1984 and the current owners have loved it since 2009.
It retains a lot its original features like ladies and gentlemen’s parlors and original oak floors. Pocket doors and fireplaces, too!
