I discovered this beautiful old house in Owensboro, Kentucky and I thought it fitting for Memorial Day. 
What I didn’t expect to find about this one is that it has come so far. Built in 1895, it appears to have fallen into major disrepair and by 2012 it was boarded up and seemingly forgotten about. Today, it shines! What a wonderful treat to see this one’s transformation!
