I think this may be my first Kentucky house feature! This one is located in Adairville, Kentucky and was built in 1901. It’s home and studio to an artist named Charles Brindley. He works out of several old Victorians in this little town. I always love a good turret!

This one in Richmond, Virginia has come a long way! Foreclosed on in 2014, it has gotten a complete renovation. Simple in architecture, but I do spy some detailed cutouts on that eave! Circa 1905.
