Wilkes-Baird House, Columbia
I think I mention this house at least once a year. It’s a favorite to say the least! The Wilkes-Baird Home, in Columbia, was built in 1885. The owners told me that the next two homes beside this one were built by the same family and that three sisters lived in a row! โฃโฃโฃโฃ

Shelbyville, Tennessee Tudor
It was my first time noticing this little cutie in Shelbyville. It was built in 1940 and hasn’t been on the market for over 40 years. I’m always surprised at the amount of Tudor architecture in Shelbyville. It’s the oldest town in the county, but went through several phases of architecture during its development.
